Hertz Commercial Vehicles 1-24 months in Finland

Hertz Finland has a wide selection of reliable commercial vehicles for all occasions. Corporate customers use commercial vehicles for production purposes, as replacement vehicles and for long term projects.

  • Cost Efficient – no upfront payments or early return penalties after 30 days
  • No long commitment – you can rent the car for a month or for up to two years
  • Carefree driving – the example prices below include 2000km, collision damage waiver and theft protection with a non-waivable excess of EUR 2000, vehicle taxes, 24 h roadside assistance, services and technical repairs, additional driver fees and changing and storing seasonal tires
  • Additional kilometers – if needed you can purchase a larger kilometer package in advance or pay on return EUR 0,20 + VAT
  • Standard equipment – all our commercial vehicles have air condition, cruise control, Bluetooth, programmable fuel fired heater, veneering, tie-down points and a towing hook. Ask for more details about the towing capacities from our sales team
  • The right vehicle for your needs – we offer commercial vehicles with optional extras that we equip according to customer needs. Commercial vehicles also available with tinted or no rear windows. There is also an option for additional extra lighting for the load compartment. Extra equipment: shelves, power converter 230 V max 1000 W, roof beacons, roof rack and seat covers. FAQ

  • 1. When can I start the rental?

    You do not have to wait to the beginning of the month to start the rental. You can start it any time during the month, when it suits you the best.

  • 2. Driving abroad

    Driving the commercial vehicle outside the Finnish borders without the permission from Hertz is forbidden. If you are planning to drive abroad please inform your contact person who will tell you about the different options.

  • 3. The commercial vehicle fleet - what can I choose?

    You may choose the commercial vehicle from our multi-brand fleet in Finland. Depending on the time and the length of the rental, you can book any make and model. If you need additional extra equipment, please let us know and we will tell you more about the options.

  • 4. Additional drivers

    MiniLeasing prices include additional driver charges. Additional drivers must have a valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience. The renter is obliged to check that the additional drivers meet the criteria.

  • 5. Can I get an offer with unlimited kilometers?

    MiniLeasing rates include agreed kilometers, starting from 2000km/month. If during the rental period you notice that you need more kilometers than agreed, please inform your contact person.

  • 6. Payment terms and conditions

    For private customers, payment is by Credit Card. For corporate customers there is a possibility to apply for a billing account. This requires a positive credit decision by our financial department.

  • 7. How early in advance must I reserve the commercial vehicle?

    We recommend making a reservation as early as possible in order to get the make and model you want. It is possible to make the reservation on quite short notice, however restrictions to the fleet may occur.

We will confirm the reservation and car availability on the next business day. First month will be charged at time of pick up.
